Class UsersAuth

It checks for a matching uid in the database for the credentials and return True if a match is found, False otherwise.

Parameters:

• user (string) - username portion of user credentials
• passwd (string) - password portion of user credentials

Returns:

boolean via deferred.

Special descriptor for class __provides__

The descriptor caches the implementedBy info, so that
we can get declarations for objects without instance-specific
interfaces a bit quicker.
